We may collect personal identification information from Merchants in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Merchants interact with our app, register on our site, place an order, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources that we make available.

Merchants may be asked, as appropriate, for name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other relevant details.

EcomZ Reviews may collect and use Merchants' personal information for the following purposes:

• To personalize the Merchant experience: We may use the information to understand how our Merchants use the services and resources provided by our app and to improve their experience.
• To improve our app: We continually strive to improve our app offerings based on the feedback and information we receive from Merchants.
• To process transactions: We may use the information Merchants provide about themselves when placing an order solely to provide service for that order.
• To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send information and updates related to Merchants' orders, as well as occasional company news, updates, promotions, and information related to products or services.
• To manage product reviews and ratings: We may collect, store, and display reviews, ratings, and related content submitted by end-customers of the Merchant's store, including review text, star ratings, reviewer names, and media attachments, in order to render them on product pages and provide analytics on review performance.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Merchants' personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored in our app.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Merchants' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding Merchants with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.

EcomZ Reviews may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our app and store certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

Merchants can instruct their browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if Merchants do not accept cookies, they may not be able to use some portions of our app.

We encourage Merchants to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.

By using EcomZ Reviews, Merchants signify their acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If Merchants do not agree to this policy, please do not use our app. Continued use of the app following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed Merchants' acceptance of those changes.
